While I do agree FV Bodyworks is great from experience but this time around I tried a small mom-n-pop shop in HB. As I type this my car is getting fixed now :) I like what I see so far and the gentleman that is taking care of her (my car is a she) has been extremely informative of every move and has great communication and keeps me posted on everything. It's not in HB but in Westminster off of hazard street called Silva's Auto Body Shop. I have them work on my truck 3 times now. Replaced the whole right side of my truck panels all replaced. Same with my front end as well. I have recommended my family and friends with Dave the owner. Super friendly and most importantly AWESOME WORK! Hope you find the right person.

I use Golden Bear on Beach and Utica. They have been in business for decades and I see a lot of the police and fire department there as well with their personal vehicles. I also had a bad experience at Gustafson Bros., my right headlight went missing after it was there for a bumper repair. It's one thing if it wasn't working but to have been completely removed, I will never go back.

We always went to Golden Bear, for years! Then they did not add oil during our service before a road trip towing our airstream and when I called them they blew me off and said I was burning oil. We added 3 quarts of oil and had full oil when we got home. So we were NOT burning oil and if we had we would have seen smoke because it would have to be brining quick to go through 4 quarts. Bummed me out because we loved them.

I had great experiences with Skillcraft....recommended by Auto Club for our first accident and our second accident and then the pole incident.
