Beach Cities Interfaith can really use men's clothing right now. We are a church based non-profit that gives food, clothing, etc. to basically the homeless. Look for a trailer across from Seabreeze church on Gotha Rd between Ellis and Talbert. Receipt for your taxes available. 714-375-6400

Chloe, the Assistance League of HB (Slater, just east of Beach) is an excellent place to donate. Their shop raises money that is then invested back into our community for those who are financially challenged. For example, they fund scholarships for Jr. Lifeguards, provide free shopping (through referral) for low income single parents, and more.

I love The HB assistance league. They provided my (then) 7 year old niece with tons of much needed dental work many years ago, because her mother didn't have dental insurance and they didn't qualify for help anywhere else.

I highly recommend Victoria Cleaners run by a married couple, on Victoria, at the top of the hill in CM. I have been going there for 20 years. The woman is a great seamstress, they are very mindful of all details, never a problem- ever!
