Hourly wage only, save a load of time and money, be your own contractor, don't forget the beer when they are done, it's customary, btw I am not kidding, savings upwards of 40%, use my account number at Abc roofing have the materials delivered, and rent a dumpster from Willie disposal

We do not do layovers for many reasons. There is a reason you need a new roof and it is probably because your existing roof is deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Manufacturers will not warranty their material if roofed over an existing layer. Most insurance companies do not allow multiple layers. Removed 4 layers and yes we pulled a permit.
