Anne Marie Nelson at IU Family Physicians at 15 th and Capitol maybe. It's just a block south of Methodist literally under the monorail track. I don't know what insurance they take but they do all the paperwork. She does everything short of OB/GYN stuff.

Peg Daly is a NP that specializes in osteopath. People love her! She located right next to community hospital.

We used to go to The Complementary Medicine Center. LOVED it there!! We saw a Nurse Practitioner, Peg Daly. She is amazing!!!!!

Dr Diaz was recommended to me by Dr Miles(my Gyn believed in traditional and alternative medicine). Dr Miles retired due to medical issues and hand picked Dr Diaz because she practiced along the same lines as him. Only bad part is that she is located in Speedway but she is part of Community Health.

Dr. Richard Halstead is a very good DO in mooresville. He takes into consideration food allergies, hormone levels, etc.
