I would refer you to Kelli Berlin the first one that commented. She & get family are valley natives. She had helped plenty of people find their home 4 life.. Rachel Charbonneau is another valley native that just helped dear friends of mine purchase their first home. Good luck.. CONGRATS on the new purchasing of a home.. Exciting

Nicole is right, you've been given some great choices. Looking at your Facebook photos to see what your interests are, one of my colleagues who hasn't been mentioned, Rick Lindemulder, (206) 999-3340 might also be an exceptional match for you, depending on what your goals are. Every real estate professional including me would love to work with you, but the best match will depend on some information we don't have regarding your goals, situation, etc. In addition to those mentioned here, there are some other great ones. Thanks for posting, and I hope you find a good fit with a great agent whose business practices are based on your best interests, not their own.

any recommendations for a realtor? The last time someone asked on this subreddit was five years ago, so thought I'd see if there are any new recommendations. We're...

For specifically the Eastside: www.JustinCicero.com The real answer is to interview in person all the brokers mentioned in the thread first and then decide for yourself. Results and what's offered vary wildly and all of these people would be happy for a no-obligation interview..

We used WaLaw. Marc is a lawyer and broker. They don't proactively look for houses for you, they assume you are already looking on redfin or trulia or whatever. But tell them you are interested and they are good about setting up showings right away. The big thing with them is they charge a flat rate, so you get the standard closing costs off the price as a credit. We have used them to sell and buy. Saved about 20 k each time. There was also a discrepancy on the fence line for our current house. He drew up all the legal paperwork for us and the neighbor and recorded it with the county. We are pretty happy with them. [Robin Parker](http://www.kw.com/kw/agent/robinparker) is absolutely amazing. She has been a family friend for years and I recommend her all the time. Most recently she sold a friend of my aunt's house in one day. She's a VERY hard worker, very communicative and and a blast.

If you go to Redfin.com, you can check out houses and set up a tour whenever you want with a Redfin realtor. My husband and I did that and we had a delightful experience. No pressure, and lower cost! They're full service, plus they give back 1.5% of the commission to you at closing. they also aren't paid by commission but by your customer service score (they have you take a survey at the end of your experience).
