For future reference I would use Engie. They send you a free device that plugs into your car, runs diagnostics, figures out whats wrong and sends the information to local garages (not sure they are operational in Jerusalem), then the garages can bid for the repair so you get the best price and can see ratings from other users. http://engie.co.il/
