Dr. Greg Moore at Southlake Animal hospital on hwy 114 saved my dog Belle. She was part shepherd...best dog ever. She was positive when i got her. Dr. Moore & his wife are so cool and a lot like you. They treat all kinds of animals! I can tell you first hand they saved my dogs life, were great people to work with and it wasn't too expensive or too hard on my dog. He got well and lived a long & happy life! http://www.southlakevet.com/

Candice, If I'm not mistaken Dr. Moore was Marsha's vet. They are wonderful. I met them the last time I was there to visit Marsha. Talk with Marsha I'm sure she can give you some good advice.

Dr. Sue Hultman at Central Animal Hospital in Fort Worth has treated a number of rescued mastiffs for heartworm. The protocol includes a course of doxycycline prior to the immiticide injections, & a month or so of crate rest. I highly recommend her.

Rochelle Page peanuts butt area is very swollen and he is breathing heavy and acting very weird and was up half the night with him I googled it and found what it might be but has to be treated by vet. It's kinda gross Last night Kerri Page Maples and Kelsy Melendez kept my kids over night and so had a date night and ended up with a dog with issues lol
Stephanie Z. replied:
Sounds like a possible infected/impacted anal gland. Assuming peanut is a dog, that is. I used to work for Advanced Animal Care. They are now a VCA clinic so I don't suggest using them. I also worked for Dr Kussmaul at Hardwood Rd Animal Hospital. He is decently priced but may only be open til noon today. I trust Hurst Animal Clinic as well. If you end up needing to go to the emerge clinic, take him to the one in Southlake, not the one in Euless. Trust me on that.

Dr. Epstein at Animal Hospital on Teasley. She's awesome - incredibly honest. She's talked us out of procedures that would make her more money. EDIT: whoops, someone already said this. I'll leave it here because I feel that strongly.

Dr. Barker at Animal Medical Center on 380, just West of 35 is great.

There is a cheap one in Decatur that my boss goes to. If you need the name and number, I can get it for you. There is also one off of 377 going into Haltom City named Diamond Oaks Vet Clinic that I go to and it is cheap. Hope this helps!
