I used to use Curtis at Barr Heating and A/C. He's a nice young fellow trained at Greenwood then started his own company. He did a furnace install at my rental, has changed out my thermostat, and has repaired the furnace in my Kenmore house. If u call him, don't mention my name because his mom (my age) doesn't like me anymore. But he does know his stuff.

Tara Sedov Paragon went out of business a couple of years back. IIRC, the company was sold off and continues to operate, but are nowhere near as good. I had them install a mini-split AC a couple of years ago and have been happy with it, and tried to get them back out to figure out my duct problems but was not happy with the current company this time around.

We've used https://www.facebook.com/193519174022285 Cardinal Heating & A/C, Inc. for close to 15 years. They do twice-yearly check-up/maintenance for us. We've only ever needed one minor A/C repair in that whole time. They do not try and upsell, either.
