Call Roto Rooter. When we had an issue they came right away. And when it ended up being something they couldn't fix. Gave me recommendation and never saw a bill from them.

Joe Van Dyk we used Pinkies Plumbing when this happened to us. If your sewers line is like ours it drains to 68 th not 67 th. So it was hard to find someone.

I've compared quotes with lots of companies for big jobs & they vary quite greatly sometimes. Definitely check with Brian & Chuck at Greenlake. My 2 nd recommendation would be to Pioneer Plumbing. Good luck, I hope it's not a big job!
Kate V. replied:
Depends on what you need. Fritz's Drain Service is fabulous.
Anna M. replied:
My opinion is that you cannot do better than Ron Soreano (and co) in Columbia City. We completely replumbed our previous house using them 15 years ago and have used them extensively on the current house. All the same people seem to be there from 15 years ago and I have had super great experiences with them every time. They seem like all very decent people to me. Plus, we once had a pipe burst in the wee hours of Thanksgiving morning. We live on the super steep part of Graham Hill. Ron hiked up our hill in the snow (carrying his tools) in the middle of the night to fix it so that Thanksgiving could go on!

Erin P. replied:
American Leak Detection can come tell you exactly where the leak is. They were recommended by both companies I called to get bids to repair our water main. We use The Art of Plumbing for the repair. They are a Kenmore company and were great.
Brian D. replied:
There was a gentleman that posted about his company here and I've saved their website as I'll be needing some driveway repair work done. They may be able to help on both the water and driveway issue: http://pcellc.org/index.html

We are right by you and had the same problem last May (along with a $4000 water bill!!!). I am trying to remember who we used, because they came at a moment's notice, worked in the dark, and got ot fixed pretty quickly. Found it! Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing.
Evelyn D. replied:
You might try SERVCO Water & Sewer - TJ Johnson - 1-877-466-6445. I had great service from him and they came highly recommended by my insurance company. My issue didn't involve digging up my driveway - but I suspect they do that too because that's what my insurance covers.
I need a last minute plumber for a job we are finishing. I need work done today. Anyone have an Kenmore plumber? Ours it out sick and we need a few things finished today.

Does anyone in the area know a good plumber? I've had a really bad one, and would love a reliable reference. Thanks!
Shannon L. replied:
We've had Bobby out on three different occasions. He was here Monday to fix a leaky toilet, which had to be pulled and a new seal put in. I had him fix/look at some other minor things while her was here. His minimum is $150, and the whole bill was $190 plus tax. He fixed everything fast and sufficiently. http://www.yelp.com/biz/bobby-ts-plumbing-seattle

Pete plumbed my house when I was building (1986-87), and we were very pleased. Has subsequently replaced a HW heater, and reconnected my water line to my meter. He does great work at a fair price ... as Yelp shows in his ratings. https://www.yelp.com/biz/forest-ridge-plumbing-lynnwood-3

So Home Depot do not supply the correct plumbing parts I need for my washer - does anyone know of a speciality plumbing store around Kenmore please?
Thanks
Lindsay E. replied:
Keller Supply isn't that close (Redmond) but is a contractors plumbing supply store that's open to the public as well. They carry the contractor-grade parts and fixtures that Home Depot and the other big-box stores do not.
Carol F. replied:
Aurora Plumbing. They seem to be able to find the stuff other stores don't have
Carrie M. replied:
Definitely McLendon's first, then Aurora Plumbing. If Aurora doesn't have it they'll order it for you.
Matt M. replied:
The truth is if you order it online for delivery in Kenmore 'we' get the tax revenue. I learned this from Mayor Baker discussing tax on 520 decking and anchors built in Kenmore paid to Medina and Seattle. Let Carrie order it! Lolz. Win win. Kenmore Neighbors creating revenue and keeping it local!
Jennifer S. replied:
I drive by this plumbing supply store in Lynnwood. Maybe they have what you need. http://pacificplumbing.com/default.aspx
Amy P. replied:
This might be a little out of the way for you, but we used to get odd plumbing parts from Aurora Plumbing.

Aurora Plumbing has it all.
