Bruce Jacobs Property Inspection - http://jacobspropertyinspections.ca/ He is awesome! Very smart but also doesn't make you feel dumb when you ask questions. My parents used them when they first bought their house and we used him when we got ours, so needless to say he has a lot of experience.

Obviously it's too late now, but in the future I would avoid whoever your realtor recommends. They are human and biased, so they will just recommend their friends. My realtor recommended some pretty awful choices.
