If I remember correctly (and if you feel like driving out there) tarpons springs sponge docks did have a hot sauce store that sold nothing but the sauces. Went to go double check and it's still there. They also have BBQ sauces as well. Here's the website http://www.thespicemanskitchen.com

There are a couple shops in Oldsmar Flea Market that are devoted solely to hot sauces. You can usually find the hottest sauces around there. They are only open on Sat and Sun, though.

Give Doug at Just Grillin a call and see about their hot sauce selection. I know they carry a lot of bbq sauces and rubs but they may also have some hot sauces if i recall.

Tijuana Flats has a nice selection of hot sauces. The nursery store at the southwest corner of the oldsmar flea market has live ghost pepper plants for sale, as well as habaneros and other nice plants...
