Depending on the severity - Resolution Ranch in Cameron, TX is AMAZING! Its an in-house treatment facility for boys only - I think 12-18. The owner is an ex NFL player who has such a heart for kids in need. I highly recommend it. Will be praying for the child and their family.

You can call 785-841-2345, Headquarters counseling center may be able to look up sliding scale therapy in Kansas City. Headquarters also does have a therapy clinic $10 a session flat rate, but they are in Lawrence.

Are you looking for a psychiatrist or therapist? Or both? Is this a new medication you would be starting or were you seeing a psychiatrist prior? If you were working with a previous psychiatrist you could call them or one of their nurses and tell them you have no insurance right now. They may be willing to write you a script for a few months until your covered. That way you avoid the office fee. Depending on what medication it is you can check out the Wal mart low cost Med list to see if it's on their. Or, work with your pharmacy to see if there is a prescription assistance card from the company that will knock out a big chunk of the cost.
