Can anyone suggest a vet or groomer that does dogs anal glands a.k.a. express them?
I've been taking my dog to Banfield pet Hospital for years and they always leave...

Dr Karmen Courett at Watertown Animal Hospital really knows her stuff. Her assistant Jeff works really well with my Newfoundland who has to see Dr Kouret every two weeks. Good luck.

Possibly try that, I know it's available at Stone Vet Hospital in Watertown, CT - if your vet doesn't carry it maybe they possibly can order it for you, or just order it online or contact company,I've heard nothing but good reviews about the product, but just wouldn't know how often or if at all if you would still have to empty the glands etc

Auntie Lisa's Shampooch on rte 322-for an extra charge-don't think any groomer includes this in their groom price anymore

I don't know how expensive it is yet... But Nigel is currently being treated for an infected anal gland and might need to get his drained this coming week at Southington Veterinary Associates...
