Thanks for adding me. Looking for route suggestions for a one night round trip out of the Waterloo region. Would prefer to camp. Distances are pretty flexible for me....

Waterloo Region is adding paved shoulders to many roads which makes them more suitable for bicycling. Drivers are accustomed to having Mennonite buggies on many roads and cyclists get more respect as well. There is a mapped regional cycling network. For a link go to Waterloo on the web page http://www.bikeontours.on.ca/goseestay.htm You might make your way up to the Elora Gorge Conservation Area for overnight camping and there is a trail from there north to Fergus and the Belwood Lake Belwood.
