Definitely go to see a cranial osteopath. If you are up north I can't recommend this guy enough, he's helped so much with my autoimmune disease which came about after trauma. http://www.stillpoint-thelakes.co.uk Also have a nutritionist consultation to chat about vitamins/ diet and stress which will have been caused by the fall and all the trauma since. This guy has been amazing for me - turned my life around in a few months. https://m.facebook.com/ynm2006/

I saw this guy a few years ago and he was truly awful http://www.hudlegelangeland.no/index.php. Rude to no end - What do you want? Why are you here? Show me what I should check. Everything? That's your job. You should be keeping an eye on spots and only come here if you think they have changed. I left feeling like an idiot. I now get all checks done when I'm in Aussie.

I got a referral from my GP and then went to skin specialist Dr Kalgaard at Frogner Helsesenter. He was thorough and very nice. http://frognerhelsesenter.no/ansatte/
Adrian Z. replied:
I used a specialist once and now I just use my local GP who has been "trained" in it. Most GP's here have the training as the skin cancer rates are quite high. He even removed one recently and sent it away for testing http://www.wcrf.org/int/cancer-facts-figures/data-cancer-frequency-country
This is an extremely Samantha Jones-y sort of a tweet but does anyone have a "good dermatologist" to recommend?

Oh I see. Does this help? "many local Age UKs offer toenail cutting services for people over the age of 50.
