I tried to find a private clinic that would take kids about a year ago. The closest I found was a clinic at Finsbury Circus, they are part of a group, http://www.genmed.org.uk/My father in law went to the tower hill clinic at Xmas (they don't see children), he said they were very good.

Portland Hospital - Great Portland St is excellent. you can look up their consultants on their website. They also have a Doc around the clock private service 24 hours a day, where you can see a Pediatrician in an emergency. Useful to know if you don't want to wait in A&E for hours. Cost is usually about £150. St John and Elizabeths in St Johns Wood also excellent.

I agree with Mary that Dr. Astruc at the surgery is very good if you can't find a private gp though you do need to book in advance for her as she's very popular.

Closest I know is Karen Sternhell at Maidenhead. She is brilliant and does Cease (vaccination detoxing).
