Sarah Watkin ..I have no idea who looks after the people pushing emergency buttons, but do know my wife works for CCAC in the CCAC office and she is the one on the phones with doctors arranging for them to get more patients. Not answering call buttons.

After you have joined Health Care Connect (after you have called Service Ontario to de-register) a health care connector at ccac can assist in connecting with local health care providers. You still need to start at the beginning. And you can also apply for a new doctor at almost all of the medical clinics. If you are looking for narcotics, most doctors are not interested in taking you.

Call..Connect care canada they willfind you a Dr. fast. We moved to London and got a Dr. through them. If you are over 55 Dr. Atta is taking new patients.

Brenda Anne Feenstra is correct. You have to de-register from the Dr. you have now. Register with Health Care Connect and they will help you. Its done through CCAC.

You don't need to go through CCAC. You need to call Service Ontario to deregister with your most recent doctor. They will mail you a letter to confirm deregistration. Then you call Health Care Connect. If you speak with a doctor's office in advance and they agree to take you on - say this to Health Care Connect and it is extremely fast...like immediate.

Ferny fair medical centre - Dr Yoong is wonderful with kids, he has triplets of his own. I've been seeing Dr Susan Woods for me for nearly 20 years. We've been going to Ferny Hills Vet for 12 years. Highly recommend Sue or Steven. Sue cares for my elderly hound and definitely is realistic doesn't over treat.

Dr McCawley from Everton Park Medical Center has been my family's doctor for around 30 years. Can't recommend him highly enough!! Also Everton Park Vet are great with animals! Have been taking our pets there for years!

We use Ferny hills vet clinic. They are excellent and don't over consult which is why I stopped going to Ashgrove. Our Dr is Everton Plaza Medical. I use Dr McCawley and have done for 15+ years. He can be hard to get into same day. My husband uses Dr Swanson who is also very good. I have used him on a couple of occasions when I couldn't get into mine. Good luck
