Lionel Martinez is great. Phone number 505-614-6007. if you need a blue print, site plan for permitting and/or a 3D model my husband owns a business to get that done cheaper than most architects as well. Check out our page Defined Dimensions LLC and message if interested.
We were trying to keep it local by trying to use ADC Builders to remodel our bathroom. ONLY to find out that after waiting 5 months Alec never put us on his schedule. He...

I was happy with ADC when they redid my bathrooms, but they are very busy, so you do have to wait. Recently had a shower redone by Confidence Builders (not done in the previous remodel). Was happy with the result. 505-470-1512

We did our bathroom remodel through Finishing Touch. Cheryl makes sure it gets done. And they have a fantastic time guy. We are very happy with ours.

My son, Clay Smaine, contractor in Denver is top. Has worked in the past for Stan Primak, helped put up some of the first Quemazon homes, has lots of experience, does quality work. Last time he was here for a while he led a crew that remodeled a couple of the Gold Street apartment buildings, putting tile in the bathrooms and kitchens, put down nice laminate flooring. Has done high end bar remodels in Denver, and has generally high end clients there that depend on him for all their needs. Mainly does remodel type work, but does it all. Is creative, fast, and honest. Don't know whether he'd want to spend a couple of weeks here, but you won't find a better quality remodel for a better price. If you want to make a call to just discuss, his number is 720-456-5241.
Does anyone know of a store in Espanola or Santa Fe where one could buy a cheap black suit or tux? My son is going to be a best man in a small wedding in a few weeks,...
Heather E. replied:
Check with the Jemez House in WR or the other second hand store in LA across from Auto Zone. If your having to go outside of Los Alamos I would check Double Take in Santa Fe, I got one of my sons a nice Italian suite there very reasonable
Celia B. replied:
Thank you, Heather. I will look into that also! I did speak to Anna Dilane from Boomerang, and she is notmsure she has a suit large enough for his shoulders, but we'll check it iut tomorrow...

Leslie Freebairn Pfaff's suggestion is a good one. Used rental tuxes can be a very good value. Since they are built to withstand repeated use and laundering they are well built of good materials. If he is the only other guy in the wedding party (ie. no groomsmen) he might see if he can just wear a vest & tie combo. Having tried to fit some body builders for tuxes at CB Fox it will be very hard to get something that fits him well short of a totally custom suit.
I am filming a 'sizzle reel' for a new show on HGTV. Looking for a local homeowner or builder that is doing a 'green' renovation or green build by the end of the year....
