It is really important that people understand that most contractors are self-employed. They do not have clerical staff to return calls. Also, if you were a customer, you wouldn't appreciate a contractor handling calls while working at your house. Residential contractors are short-staffed for the amount of old and delapitated houses in Los Alamos.
