Does anyone know of a local residential contractor that can inspect the structure of a house prior to buying it? My husband and I already have an official home inspector...

My Dad, Kenneth Fellers is a local residential home inspector. He has a 40+ year background as an engineer. But he isn't a contractor. I'm sure he'd be happy to take a look. Kgfhomeinspection@gmail.com5055067550.

Karl Thomas of Confidence Builderswww.confidencebuildersnm.com is a local (White Rock) licensed GC who also is a former local realtor. He can definitely help you! His number is 470-1512. Best of luck!
Does anyone know the contact info for the Los Alamos County tree inspection service? I can't find it on the county website.
Julie H. replied:
There isn't a county tree inspection service - different divisions handle different tree issues on a case by case basis. Your best bet is to call Customer Service at 311 (land line) or 662-8333 (cell phone users). Describe the issue and they will get you in touch with the right division. Call anytime Monday through Friday 8 to 5.
