“non-commercial” Is pretty vague. Or do they just mean free? Griffith Park or Angeles National Forest? The beach?

[The Getty](http://www.getty.edu/) is great but temporarily closed because of the fires. [The Huntington](http://www.huntington.org/) is very nice and not close to the fires. Also recommend [The Autrey Museum of the American West](https://theautry.org/) and [The Nethercutt Collection](http://www.nethercuttcollection.org/), both on the 818 side of town and not too close to the Sylmar fire.
