Our wedding was super laid back and more of a BBQ than anything, so this worked out great as we could attend and not be cooking.

A really easy raffle is a 50/50 raffle. Everyone puts in X amount for a ticket and the winner gets 50%. Renton tech has really reasonable catering prices, Mama Passerillis in Black Diamond and Dickey's BBQ in Covington. DJs can be hard to come by buy you can rent a speaker system with mic and an attachment to hook up an Iphone for $150. I hope the planning goes well, it sounds like a wonderful event!
