ummm we asked for TJ's for 17 yrs and it is close enough finally- but would like a health food store like Marlene's in Federal Way ie it is like a locally owned PCC - I have asked about health food stores for years. I prefer QFC fast service and good deals and then Fred Meyer for everything else. Get the card for deep discounts and fuel rewards. Grocery Outlet to mix up the menu a bit. *Foley's Produce Stand by Hwy 18 opens in April.*

Fred Meyer has everything and good deals on their store brand items and have lots of coupons as well as one free item every week you load onto your card.

If your looking for hard to find natural products the Natures Market in Kent has a good selection. It's a bit more expensive and little bit of a drive but I really like it. It is right by target.

Fred Meyer has everything...I think Safeway has better prices but both are great! Grocery outlet is great if you not looking for specific things and definitely costco for bulk items!!

QFC has the better butcher shop and bakery of the three, and since Fred Meyer and QFC have the same parent company, you can use the same rewards card at both.
