I went to Apple PT for a shoulder injury & they were great! You need a Dr's referral though. So you have to go see a Dr. But like I said it could take 6 weeks minimum to heal on sprains, if you properly take care of it. I never had to go to PT for any of my finger sprains. I did go to the Dr though, for an xray to make sure nothing was broken. Then it was all home PT, ice and rest for the ligaments to heal.

My daughter and I both have been going to ATI Physical Therapy in Lakewood. We've had really good results in the couple of visits we've been going. It's on bridgeport close to 100 th street, across street from hobby lobby.
