Dr Zitelli (Zitelli and Brodland) in Shadyside Medical Building performs Mohs surgery for melanoma so you know the cancer is removed with no more tissue than is necessary. You do have to spend the day in the office though, while they look at the removed tissue to see if they have to cut more. Dr Zitelli is very personable and reassuring.
