I used Artzy Custom Cakes for when I needed a custom cake for my girlfriends birthday this year. I believe shes based in the Fairfax area but she and her husband will deliver to you. You can also pick up from her for free. She's very easy to work with and if you have an idea for what kind of cake you want she can make it happen. Her whole portfolio is on instagram.
