I’ve been going to a chiropractor my entire life. When things got really bad, acupuncture was a godsend. My chiropractor is Dr. Peak in Mt. laurel near Traino’s. He uses a tool that is very gentle rather than the traditional manipulation. I highly recommend him.

Thanks all. For 8 months I was treated for foot issues, not until 2 months ago dud someone finally say it's your sciatica. I did McKenzie theory and it worked treating pain, numbness, tingling in foot and pain in calf, now it's in my glute area. So sitting at work and my 2 hour commute is just as torture as not being able to walk or stand. I am now seeing Dr Ohea in Medford that a few suggested from my last post for help. Dr. Lee will be my next dr. If Dr Ohea chiropractor treatment is not effective, and I'm hoping it will.. i had 2 visits with him and he is good but I need a few weeks to show more improvement. . I just want to stay ahead of the game and start decide to make an appointment with I guess, Dr. Lee who will probably give me cortisone shots in back.. I'm not afraid of shots but getting one into my spine scares me.
