These lenses are for nearsightedness, also transitions, no glare, and featherweights. He will send them out for you with any specifications. Mine came back complete in 4 days

I just went to the Dr Kushner on Main Street, got the prescription and went to Visionworks in Moorestown because they accepted Davis Vision eye plan that my husband has and had boo offer!!
