When I looked about a year ago at the top rated Drs., on rating sites, none were accepting new patients. I think it is like other top level providers (Dr., plumber, etc.) --the better their services, the more full their schedules are.
mand-y-ee replied:
Dr. Melvin Goldin. The two ladies who work in his office aren't the friendliest over the phone but that's my only complaint. He'll help with whatever you need but he also strongly recommends therapy along with medication.

Not 100% sure for your situation but I’d try Chubu Hospital. Generally their doctors have at least some proficiency in English, and/or there are interpreters available.
WT_HomoSapiens_XY replied:
The other poster is right about Chubu hospital, and places like that will find a way to get you into contact with a therapist. That said, it also depends a little on the job - I was at OIST and they had a fantastic mental health team (clinical psychologists, so they weren't prescribing, but they can get you to a doctor for that), and they were all English speaking. If you work with the military, I think there is a similar situation - it's worth asking your potential employer about access to these things.

I went to Yamamoto Clinic when I was suffering major depression from a severe case of burnout a several years ago. He speaks English, was very professional, and he helped me a lot. I do remember it took a couple weeks to get in for the first appointment though, but after that, I had regular visits and the price was very reasonable for both the visits and the medication (I was on the Japanese health care system which covered some of it, but even without that, it still would have been affordable) https://goo.gl/maps/M8X99ACnnTNpUJJy8. http://www.yamamotoclinic.org/
toyelig500 replied:
Throwaway because I’m still here and I don’t want repercussions. Dude if the job is at OIST as admin staff (not research units) and you have mental health issues already, do yourself a big favor and do not go there. Plenty of feedback online you can check in terms of harassment and working conditions.

Samaritan counseling has been absolutely wonderful for me. I believe it’s sliding scale. They will call and ask about your needs/ how you’re feeling and will match you with one of their therapists that way. The woman I speak to is seriously fantastic.

Try one of the doctors Mukatira - Blues City Psychology. I saw the wife (Shubi) and my old boss saw the husband (Raj) and we both liked 'em. The wife definitely specializes in anxiety and depression, not sure about the husband.

He’s not a psychiatrist and Dr Floyd Covey in Collierville was great when I went to him. He’s also a Christian monk, how cool is that shit? I wish you well on your journey and if you need a hug or a cup of coffee feel free to pm. Congrats on your journey of improvement and I’m proud of you.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Felicia Knowles at ADD and Dyslexia Therapy. And she can prescribe meds. She is Andrew's Dr. Or was his Dr. He has been on a nutritional supplement for a little over a year and his ADD symptoms were gone two weeks after he started taking it. All natural, nothing artificial. It's a plant.
Kay B. replied:
Call (if he's still there) Dr. Brent Stenberg at the Christian Psychological Center, on Central right behind PDS and Second Pres. I'm not sue he does ADD, but someone in that practice will.
