Looking for a pizza place that has great gluten free pizza. Any in the Grand Ledge, Delta Waverly area?
Kathy S. replied:
Cuginos is the best! Hungry Howies is good. Fabianos on Grand River is really good too. Mancinos has excellent GF grinders. I don't care for Cottage Inn's.
Sara G. replied:
I haven't been here & know it's not in the location you asked for but this restaurant is supposed to be entirely gluten free so no mistakes... http://www.wowglutenfreefood.com
I love to cook with ramps, but since they're no longer in season I can't get them now. Also I live in Georgia, which obviously makes it harder. Does anyone know a place...
jbirdistheword replied:
There is a store here in downtown Huntington called "The Wild Ramp". They sell locally grown produce. They are on Facebook and may be able to hook you up.
Isakill replied:

Eastern market will remain open Saturdays. They usually have them. Try to find ones with the roots still attached and plant a few in your yard for next spring.
smogeblot replied:
Try Farmer's Hand in Corktown, they may be shut down at the moment but they have connections with farmers who grow this type of stuff.

If you can travel across the border once the non-essential travel ban is lifted, perhaps try contacting Oxley Estate Winery (currently closed for winter season I believe), which is about a half hour south of Windsor. Their restaurant uses wild foraged ramps when they’re in season. If you’re going for a meal or to buy wine, perhaps they wouldn’t mind parting with a small quantity.
