Download an app called My Disney Experience, you can do everything on it including your fast passes. As for the resorts, I'm not sure what your budget is but the Disney Value hotels are so much fun but if you could try to stay at the Contemporary hotel! Chef Mickeys is really good for dinner, for breakfast I HIGHLY suggest going to Epcot at the Royal Palace near Norway. Its all the princesses; Snow White, Belle, Jasmin, Mulan, Cinderella, and Arura... its hot as hell so hydrate yourselfs, they dont have fans blowing mist at Disney while your in line waiting.

Minnie Mouse, etc were there! or try for Royal Table at cinderella castle. Beauty and the Beast with Bell in the garden; it's a small world afterall.. Winnie the poo park.. minnie mouse house.. all super cute!!

Forgot to mention .... Bring a small carrying cooler for the parks. Its really Hot here. A lot of mini waters, juices, gummy bears etc .... Do Disney and Hollywood Studios.

Oh lord I'm a Disney girl. If you don't care about price than Animal Kingdom lodge Savanna view, Grand Floridian. Moderate ones like Port Orleans are great. All the parks are great. animal kingdom do in the morning and the first ride should always be the safari cause all the animals are out. Right now MGM Is hosting Frozen so all kinds of neat stuff there. MK speaks for itself and Epcot is my fav

Any Disney Resort is good. It all depends on how much money you want to spend. All of the ones people have suggested above are great choices. As for the park, it depends on her age, but Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are my kids favorite. Try to get fast passes ahead of time. There is a new thing called Fastpass+ or something like that. I used it last time and it worked great. Make restaurant reservations now, like today. The parks will be very busy. Note: no alcohol in Magic Kingdom, I don't know if that matters to you but I needed some with 3 kids, so I took my own wine in a thermo. Lol

Idea: Instead of flying, rent a car one way, cruise, then rent a car one way back. The rental car companies (I used national, but I think this applies to all the major ones) have a free shuttle that runs to the port on cruise days. I've done this a few times, and I find it very convenient and reasonably cheap.

See if you can google a hotel in Miami with Free cruise Parking and a shuttle. Sounds like it should be a thing. I I usually fly in, stay on south beach for some fun, then uber or cab to the port. Port Parking is probably a bitch though.

There's a college near the terminal that let's you park in their structure long term and has a shuttle to the terminal. Maybe it was a company leasing spaces. It was a few years ago that we used it but the price seemed pretty good compared to other options. I'll try to look it up in the next little bit
