I see Dr. Crystalin Montgomery from bewellnaturalmedicine.com! Her office is in Mendota Heights which makes it super easy. You could probably set your appointments up so they were on you way into work.

Check into GAPS protocol and diet. I'm preparing to do it to hopefully heal mine and my 2 kids food issues. It has helped a lot of people apparently. http://www.gapsdiet.com/. My naturopath helped with elimination diet to see what I was reacting to: http://www.minnesotanaturalhealth.com/

Allergy Associates in La Crosse, WI. I did shots for over a decade...my first allergist was super, they tested for over 80 allergens, etc..., then insurance made me change clinics(he was my allergist from high school in Des Moines), so I went to Park Nicollet...they don't test for as much, and so the shots were less effective for me, so I stopped getting them. I now drive twice a year to La Crosse for testing and they mail up oral drops that I put under my tongue.
Any recommendations for a good naturopath/holistic doctor or practice in the area? Thanks!
