Keith Winchell, try James Michael in Monroe. They are a small family jeweler. I used them to reset my wedding band for our 15 th. They used my original diamonds and did a fantastic job! If they don't have what you want, you can design it and they will create it!

I don't know about Diamond Direct, but Skatell's at Carolina Place is family run and they customize your jewelry because they make everything in house. I saw a triple excellent (cut/clarity/color) 1 carat solitaire, with 2 .15 carat diamonds on the side for $4200! A similar diamond (not as good quality) at Helzberg's was over $10,000!!
