Interview a few realtors to see if your personalities mesh. Diane Hatfield at Podley Properties is amazing. She spent several months with us searching for the right fit and is the kindest most patient realtor I have ever met. She even sat with us at closing to ensure the paperwork was correct and answer final questions - I have never had a realtor do that before! WE used Air-Tro Inc on 1630 S. Myrtle a long time ago (1999) when we needed work on our AC. Mike said the guys were great and heck, no repairs needed since them. If we had problems, we will call them again!
