Trudi at Acupuncture Heretaunga in Havelock is fabulous. Nothing worked to bring on my labour though! Was good to relieve the aches, pains and stresses of a twin pregnancy

I do maternity reflexology, which works on a similar principle to acupuncture. Great for reducing stress as well, so even if you do need to be induced your body is more relaxed and it's not so tough. I have clinics in Napier and Hastings :) https://www.facebook.com/bayreflexology/

Had four rounds of acupuncture with no luck at bringing on labour, eventually induced at 12 days over due date..... It was very relaxing though. Recommend Kim Chenery in Hastings

Highly recommend Benedicte Simon-Collins. Amazing osteo. Went to her for both pregnancies. For acupuncture in pregnant you I highly recommend Trudi Collins in Havelock North

Kerri Smith was my midwife and she did pregnancy acupuncture on me when I was around 35 ish weeks. I also drank raspberry leaf tea and used primrose oil caps and I strongly believe the mixture of the above was the reason why I was able to deliver my first 3 day's before her due date and without tearing at all.
