Hi Gabby cab you please post this anon when you have a spare chance. TIA
~eczema~ my two year old is absolutely covered in this all year round. I'm so sick of it...
Zoee K. replied:
Allison at Ahuriri Pharmacy gave me a few ideas diet wise for my little guy and his eczema has been clear about 5 months with no creams at all used!
Lisa M. replied:
A good read is Jenna's Journey by Rachel Tomkinson of Better Bods. Her daughter was covered in ezcema and had multiple allergies. Through diet and using food as medicine she cured her daughter's ezcema. The local libraries have the book https://ent.kotui.org.nz/client/en_AU/hastings/search/results?qu=jennas+journey&te= and visit her website www.betterbods.co.nz

As a suggestion Bridgitt McNabb of Maintaining Your Health (Whakatikatika Oranga) as an adult sufferer I can recommend you talk to her but she deals with all ages. Often allergies, diet and stress can cause skin issues. Bridgitt runs her clinic from Gees Pharmacy in Taradale.

You can spend $$$ trying lots of different options (I have) trying stuff but she has helped provide me with the most practical and livable solutions. Good luck - skin issues suck.

Freckle Family centre is brilliant. Amazing with transitions to their kindy when it is right for the child, not just because the child hits a certain age. The kids get to know teachers from both centres so this also helps with transitions down the track. Both of my kids have been through Freckle, one is still there. You can stay and play for as many visits as you like as its a parent and child, as well as a daycare. https://www.facebook.com/Freckle-at-Frederick-Street-Family-Centre-205368809671105/

We used the Nurse specialist from the Doctors Napier who put us on Neonate (it didn't work). My advice try Rice Milk (its very rear to be allergic to this) my son lived on it for almost a year. We then were referred to paediatrics at 6 months at the hospital they were great we still go to them now.... Please feel free to message me anytime with any questions xx
