Hi there, hope you had a wonderful day!
I was hoping you could post anon when you get a chance?
I have put my back/neck out and I am in a lot of pain. Nothing is...
Monique M. replied:
You poor thing, it's just awful. I recommend osteopath treatment. I have had neck problems similar to yours any times over the years. Stress can be a trigger, but I also put my neck out towel drying my hair, playing netball, woke up with it etc. I am not a fan of chiropractors, physio may help but osteo is what's worked for me really well. Usually about 3 -4 sessions of osteo treatment would put it right and a bit of recovery after that. I'd recommend Mike Reese osteopath in Hastings. He charges $60 first session and if you go back a second time the same week he'll usually offer a substantial discount. If you know what you specifically did to cause the pain, you may qualify for acc to cover some of the costs? I'd also recommend you see your GP if you can to get a prescription of pain meds to offer some relief. In the mean time, if you have any anti flam use it if you can. Good luck!
Dayna B. replied:
Try Dr Chee at the Whakatu General Store ;) Last I went he was $40 including his natural medicines, he works by detecting the source of the issue through feeling it out. I have heard of people who have gone for back pain and the relief cream is awesome apparently:)

My son now 4 and a half was allergic to everything when he was born this was not picked up until he was 8 months old, i know exactly what you are going through. We used the Nurse specialist from the Doctors Napier who put us on Neonate (it didn't work). My advice try Rice Milk (its very rear to be allergic to this) my son lived on it for almost a year. We then were referred to paediatrics at 6 months at the hospital they were great we still go to them now.... Please feel free to message me anytime with any questions xx
