My son has done both tumbling tots at Hastings Sports Centre and energy kids on Fridays at Bay City. Both were great for getting him moving. Tumbling tots is probably more targeted to the gym path if thats what you're looking for - check out their Facebook page for info.

Wow, quite a selection to choose from! Can't recommend aspyre fitness enough, Jamie Loughran is the guy you need, whatever your goals he will have a plan tailored to suit, also the option of Les mills classes and heart space yoga to choose from too. Best of luck!

Hilton Brown is the best!!! Yes it is more expensive but by 5 yrs my little mermaid had mastered all four strokes with their amazing instruction. She was swimming a width/length by 3 yrs. Speak to the manager Karyn but all the staff are amazing and it may only take a term of lessons to get your kids back on track. ( they do Sat and Sun lessons too). Have also heard Bev Mitchell??? In Napier is great

Hilton Brown was great for my boys. I found that they had several times/days and all the levels which was great because my boys also played quite a few other sports. I moved to Napier so the boys stopped going.

Energy Kids Fridays 10 am At Future Kids Preschool on Omahu Road - soft play and toys. $2 per family. There is a Facebook page. They also do a music thing on Wednesday at 10 am called Jump Start

There is no Kindy Gym anymore:( I think Omni Gym do something for little ones? Onekawa Pools have a toddler play session, Meeanee Playgroup. Parent & Child is a daycare, but also a place you can stay with your child to play (you can go as many times as you like per week for $3.50 or $5.00 a week depending on age of your child). Taradale Library do story time on a Tuesday.

Highly recommend Energy Kids as above at Future Kids Preschool/Bay City church on Omahu Road. Also Sing and Shake free at Lulu and Max on Thursdays 10 am I think. Check out Parent and Child in Havelock. Lots of Playcentres around too.
