Last I heard, camping wasn't allowed down at Waipio Beach. There are a few vacation rentals near the top of the road down into Waipio though. Seen some private car rentals on craigslist, but you need a true 4 x4 (not AWD) to go down there.

Last year I ended up spending each day at Kehoe France and was hoping there might be some day-long summer camp out there with a nurse.
