Once you get a little strength back, Pure Barre New Orleans has great low impact (lots of post-injury modifications available) barre classes. Even if you don’t have dance experience, it’s got yoga/Pilates/ballet components that you can do at almost any level. (There’s a Groupon out now!)

I dont know about near the hotel but I know there is a Yoga studio near my house on Oak st. Not sure of the name or address but it's right around where the Maple Leaf is on the opposite side of the street.

From those three you mentioned; yoga. Except if the nutritionist is also a chef and makes the food for me. Or personal trainer if its Ronnie Coleman or Lou Ferrigno.(celebrity/champion trainer) If I can pick from OUT of those three options... Probably chiropractor but but offer massage therapy.
