agree Dr. Culicchia is a very good doctor but he is a Neurosurgeon, one of the best Neurosurgeons around! to see Dr. Culicchia usually a neurologists refers the patient to him when surgery is required.

Dr. Brian Copeland at LSU on St. Charles Ave is an excellent neurologist and also a movement disorder specialist....since Kourtney is experiencing just that as far as we can see I would recommend Dr. Copeland or any other board certified movement disorder specialist...

I use Dr Idowu for neurology, he is wonderful and has been the only neurologist to get my seizures to stop with the right medications...the only bad thing is his wait time in the waiting room is forrrrever bc he spends so much time with each patient. But with any neurologist they will be very very booked up. Usually you will have to get an order from a regular doctor or the emergency room to be seen quickly...
