Tip Top is no more, sadly. I go to Leather Lily on Claiborne near St. Bernard. (Like a block or so on the Canal St. side from St. Bernard, and on the Lakeside of Claiborne under the overpass) I've never needed anything terribly exotic done, but my heel replacements and buckle fixes have been just fine.:)

The one on Oak Street had a problem - the owner died recently and his wife and another person are going to keep it open but only doing minor repairs. So I think it is Maple and Magazine and that's about it in this city - although I didn't read the rest of the entries - those are the only ones I know.
