I know a Gentlemen who drew our fantastic extension plans. Very reasonable priced and used to work in the planners office in the council, so knows all the regs and everything to do with planning. His name is Peter Mason, he lives out Woolton Hill way, his tel no is 01635 254744, my only worry would be he may of retired now... but well worth a call and chat with him.
