I don't know a locksmith, sorry. But I do have experience with asking the police to attend potentially difficult situations. If you phone the non-emergency number, 101, and ask them in advance, they will come out to you. It goes without saying that if any threat is immediate you call 999. There's also Berkshire Women's Aid on hand with help, advice, and emergency safe accommodation where needed. Edit: I'm only "like"ing this post so I get notifications, and I do have experience and knowledge of organisations relating to difficult situations. And as you may have noticed, yes I'm a bloke. But I've still been involved in situations where the police needed to attend, attempted arson, suicide attempts, you name it, none by me I hasten to add. http://www.berkshirewomensaid.org.uk/
