Discountdance.com , academy of dance in NN (mentioned above), jetedancewear.net (also a real store) in va beach is the best in the 757 (my opinion), and academy of dance off of mercury. These are all authentic and durable dance wear and may get pricey but it's worth it and last for many many years. But if you are looking for affordable but not durable or lasting for years, then Payless, target, or Walmart.

Matt & Nat make cute and high quality vegan wallets and purses. I am a big fan of Wills Vegan Shoes - they have a limited selection of women's purses but they have some nice designs. Brooklyn Industries has some vegan bags but I have had quality issues with them (hardware breaking soon after purchase) and never got responses from their customer service.

If you're looking for LEGAL outfits (yes.. .it is regulated by the state.) go to nightstand in chesapeake on George Washington Highway. It's owned by Buddy, who owns just about every strip club in the 7 cities (all the headlights and JBs, Get Away GoGo, Mermaids). They offer VA Legal outfits, thongs, and shoes. If you're looking for personal use, any novelty store has them. I personally like Nancys Nook for shoes.
