I got a second engagement ring after original diamond was chipped mysteriously when I went to have prongs checked and tightened at a big retail jeweler. We went to Hausers. Great service. Not sure if they do repairs. I think Mrs Hauser sat or sits on board at Riv Rehab. I think that speaks for her integrity.
