Honestly the best places around here are 138 in Gloucester. See Keith Harper or Charlie Jones on the weekends. Or there is Rock Steady in Hampton. Or Folk City. If ...you want quality over a cheap price. Half of the people mentioned here are garbage and don't put out quality.

Army Navy tattoo is the only shop in the area trust me They have done six of my tattoos never had to have one retouched. I've been to several other shops and everyone I went to I have had to go back to get a retouch done. 138 tattoo in Gloucester even refused to do a retouch on on one I received because they said it was a gift certificate tattoo and they will never retouch one. It was a simple mariner star and faded out in six months
