I hate to disappoint you, but it's very hard to find a dentist that is also a gynecologist. The tools are completely different. Although, I suppose the chair is similar.

Dentist: Modern Family Dentistryhttp://www.modernfamilydentistryjc.com/ We made the move out of JC last year to West Orange, but still make the drive in to go here. Nice demeanor. Clean and professional.

My wife and I both go to Jersey City Dental on Newark. Great practice with friendly people. They also have 8 am appointments which are nice if you need to get stuff done before work.

I just had a baby delivered by Dr. Zaheda Muhammad with Liberty Women OBGYN. I was a first time mom and she was amazing during the labor and delivery, and her bedside manner during the months leading up was great too. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The office is right across the parking lot from Jersey City Medical Center, so it's light rail convenient. (Going to the hospital on the light rail while in labor was an interesting experience! Lol) Downside--the waiting room is often crowded and the wait can be long. I don't work right now so it wasn't a problem for me, but if you're trying to schedule monthly appointments around a work schedule it may not be the best option. But she is a great doctor!

Dentist: Modern family dentistry. First time I ever had a pain-free filling in my life. Jen and Ari are fabulous. OB: My wife and I just gave birth to a wonderful baby girl a week and a half ago. We used Dr. Ahn whose office is in Newport and cannot recommend him enough. Wonderful doctor, convenient parking, never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The downside is that when you deliver, you get 1 of 4 doctors who are part of the Carepoint practice he's a part of. However, Dr. Sheff (Edgewater office) delivered our girl and she was fantastic as well. But he's great, check him out.
