If you want a daytime class I have just started Yoga with Ian on the Aylsham Road (Limelight Studios) 12 noon - 1 pm on a Tuesday. Really nice guy and only about 6 people in the class so plenty of individual attention. He does other classes, website www.yogawithian.com.

I started up yoga 6 months ago after a 3 year gap with Derek smith - he is amazing! Tailors his classes to all - I was an unfit, mummy to a 6 month old - now I can run around with my child. If you're looking for all round fitness I d strongly recommend his yin style sati-yoga.co.uk.

I am doing 3 classes a week with Maria, 2 at UEA Sports Park. She does a 6 week course for £36 that includes beginners like me. It is £36 for six sessions on Mon, 6-7 pm; new course starts next week. Their car park is free after 4.30 pm. Also check out 'all levels' drop- in sessions at Buddhist Centre in Bank Plain.
