Don't use the big box classes for puppy training. Vanessa Pettite is an excellent and affordable trainer who can individualize a training program for you. She offers classes at The Houndry here in Oak Ridge as well:)

I can help your dog not be reactive when she's with you but for total rehab for her to be able to be a dog that will get along with other dogs and possibly other I would suggest going to Stephen Blackwell at dogwood dog camp. He has taken many severe cases and helped them live together. I'm not to that level yet.
